A/Prof Prashanth Mayur is a senior specialist in psychiatry with over 20 years of consultative experience. He currently holds positions based in Sydney as VMO and Senior Staff Specialist both in public and private psychiatry. His field of expertise in psychiatry is broad and includes Mood Disorders, Schizophrenia, OCD and ADHD. He also is a SIRA provider of Medico-legal opinion as per Workers Compensation (NSW). Dr Mayur is a clinical Associate Professor at University of Sydney and is internationally known in the field of Electroconvulsive Therapy. He is active in research and is extensively published in ECT and mood disorders. He is a reviewer of international journals including Molecular Psychiatry, Psychiatry Research and the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Psychiatry.
Dr. Anjaiah Madugula
Dr Anjaiah Madugula has been working in the field of psychiatry for the past twenty years. He is practicing psychiatry in Australia since 2006. He is a fellow of RANZCP since 2011.
Dr Madugula was trained in premier medical institutes in India including Osmania Medical College (Hyderabad), PGIMER (Chandigarh) and JIPMER (Pondicherry). He worked in the public health system in New South Wales, Queensland and ACT. He was a consultant psychiatrist with Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, Western Sydney Local Health District, Townsville District Hospital and Headspace. Dr Madugula worked as a Visiting Medical Officer at the Sutherland Hospital, Wollongong Hospital and The Hills Private Hospital Castle Hills. He has private rooms in Penrith and at the St John of God Hospital North Richmond. Dr Madugula sees patients between 18 and 65 years old. He has a special interest in anxiety disorders, mood disorders and psychotic disorders.
